Question : I have small sores in a few places on my body. They start out like a flat scab, I'll scratch it off and under is a red sore with a hole and bleeds a lot. What could this be? Plus I fell very tired and sick to my stomach

Hi and thanks so much for these images.
I have reviewed them fully. They are suggestive of an infection of the skin. I will recommend cleansing with an antiseptic such as Betadine (Iodine) thrice daily. Also, apply bacitracin ointment twice daily on the infected sites after cleansing. Let me know how this goes.
