Question : My penis has ugly lesions on it for a year now .my Dr's don't seem to be paying much attention to it.it hurts,multi colors of white and red with rings around it.also my penis has shrunk by 1/2 in the past year,I am 70 and have type 2 diabetes.

Probably you have developed fungal infection.
Your description is suggestive of that.
Fungal infections are very common in diabetics.
