Permithrin and ivermectin will be helpful.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for writing to healthcare magic.I can understand your concern.
I have reviewed image you sent.
In my opinion it seems to be lice infestation. It is highly contagious and spreads rapidly.
Two drugs as per my opinion works best viz.permithrin and ivermectin.
Permithrin 1% is available on counters while 5 %permithrin and ivermectin are available on prescription. Both are effective and you will probably recover in 1 to 2 weeks. It will be better to consult your doctor .
I hope this will help you.In case of any concern i will be happy to help you.Take care.
