Question : Hi, pls. suggest how to get rid of lichen planus scars, is there any ointment which will help?

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Lichen planus is notorious to cause pigmentation once it resolves, we call it post-inflammatory pigmentation which can last for months to years. Because of the severe inflammation pigment producing cells called melanocytes fall down into dermis from the outer layer of skin(epidermis). These cells have to be slowly removed by body itself. A cream will help hasten the process. You may apply Hydroquinone cream eg: Brite cream twice daily over scars.
