Question: I have a couple light brown spots on the underside of my foreskin.

These are due to increased melanin deposition. Not of concern. Harmless.

I have gone through the details and have checked the attached images. These are simple hyperpigmentations due to increased melanin deposition and not a cause for concern. Unless there is some itchiness associated, you need not worry and nothing needs to be done about it. If there is associated itchiness, application of candid (clotrimazole) lotion or powder topically should help.
