Question : I noticed that my skin has gone to light discoloration on my genitals. I have been in monogamous relationship for 8 years - concerned - thank you.

Hello Dr.

Please see attached picture of genital area. No pain . no itching, no real change in any habits or medications - just woke up and noticed color change in skin.
Maybe I drink too much - I read about skin color changes because of liver function.
