Multiple possibilities, Needs workup and management,
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness and imbalance and ataxic gait with falling to the left indicate many possibilities.
A fall of potassium may cause it itself and despite its correction, it still may take some time upto a couple of weeks to completely resolve the dizziness symptoms.
The issue of reaching for something and missing it how ever is more than dizziness and it needs work up. As it is called dysmetria and is a cerebellar symptom.
Following are the likely possibilities they need to rule out.
Stroke
ALS
Brain tumor
Cerebellar disorder
Inner ear problems like meniere's' disease, vestibular neuronitis or acoustic neuroma.
Multiple sclerosis
Alzheimer
Alcohol intoxication
Vitamin B12 deficiency.
Get in touch with your doctors and let them take care of your symptoms.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
