Question : , I am 69 years old and had an ESI on August 19th I'm now having very light pink vaginal discharge. I feel this is related to the ESI. What is your opinion

Since you do not have any other complaints, the light pink discharge is most likely due to the ESI procedure.
There are several other reasons for this pink vaginal discharge like thinning of vaginal mucosa, infection, polyp etc.

Therefore I suggest that you consult your doctor for examination to confirm that the discharge is due to ESI procedure.
