Brief Answer:
Get investigation and treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
Have you undergone any spine Xray or MRI.
Localized severe pain for such duration needs imaging.
Pain killers can not be used for long duration. Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitriptyline can be used and doses increased as required.
Local pain killer ointment can be used too along with physiotherapy.
