Question : Hi doctor,
My husband is facing stomach problem for last 1 week. Having loose motion and constant pain and once it bleeded also. He freqently eats outside but for last one week he is having only curd, banana and khicdi.
Please advise what to do.

Possible Acute Gastroenteritis.

I understand your query and concern.

Your husband most likely has Acute Gastroenteritis with possible food source as a infection.

You need not worry much as treatment aspects for this are bright and promising.

I strongly recommend Tab Orni-O One tab twice daily post meal for 5 days preceded by tab Pantop-D one tab each day before breakfast for 5 days.

Electrobion sachets one each day taken in 250 ml of water is needed for 5 days as well.

The above therapy will cause excellent resolution of symptoms in less than a weeks time.

Please note the prescribed medications have to be taken only under strict medical prescription.

Meanwhile he should continue with only strict home based diet.
