                                    Brief Answer:
could be due to clamp kid forte
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
The loose motions could be very well due to clampkid forte, which contains amoxicillin.
I would suggest you to add some probiotics like bifilac which I usually give one XXXXXXX twice daily for my patients till their antibiotic course is over.
It's better to continue the antibiotic for the full course as prescribed.
But if loose stools worsen you need to consult your doctor for change in antibiotic.
Wishing your son speedy recovery

Hi doctor, my son is going for frequent watery motions. I have asked another doctor nearby who has suggested to discontinue clamp kid forte as he thinks its not good on motions and suggested to give onofff oz 5 ml twice. Also suggested to start giving half sporlac pill twice a day. Is it ok to start. Please suggest.

If he is passing motions frequently, it's better to stop clampkid.
The other syrup and pill you mentioned can be given safely in the correct dose.

                                    Hi Doctor
As I told you the symptoms are
Fever, Stomach upset, redness in the left eye and vomiting
We are giving meftel P, OnOFF OZ for last 2 days now and also using Ciplox for the eye.
But unfortunately he is still having fever and do not see any recovery. I am not understanding why the eye redness in there if it is a Viral infection. Please suggest.

                                    Brief Answer:
needs tests
Detailed Answer:
A viral infection can cause all of the symptoms you described including eye redness.
But it's better to get blood tests done to rule out other infection like typhoid and leptospirosis especially because the fever is still persisting despite antibiotics.
These too can cause similar symptoms and persistent fever
