Question : due to diabeties my penis is not tighten - age is 40 years - diabetes from last 5 year

Please get your blood sugar checked and get it under control.
Kindly quit if you happen to be a smoker.

Weight reduction would definitely help. Regular exercise is a must to keep your blood vessels healthy.

Other things that would help are EARLY and light dinner/ prolonged foreplay.

Diet needs to be rich in fresh fruits, dried fruits and vegetables.

Kindly contact nearest urologist for appropriate physical examination and to evaluate if you require medicines to get better erections.

following is the physical appearance

Height is - 5 feet 8 inch
weight is - 72 kgs

Sugar - fasting - 140
sugar - after food - 340

pl. suggest the medicine for controling the sugar
