Brief Answer:
Continue to take symptomatic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your query and will be answered by me.

From your symptoms,it seems to be having sinusitis and majority of cases of sinusitis is due to viral infection, but in some cases it is related to bacterial infection but unlikely in your case. So, there is NO role of antibiotic (like azee) here.

If I would have your treating doctor,I would like to give,

1) Antibiotics are not usually required in case of viral infection, but yes you should continue to take symptomatic medications,

2) Continue to take pain killers with anti-inflammatory (paracetamol 500) drug on as and when required basis.

3) Take antihistamines like levocetrizine or benadryl for cold and runny nose or if you have a dry cough but stop allegra-M.

4) Nebulization with steam inhalation 2 to 3 times daily will also be helpful for symptomatic relief.

5) Continue to take multivitamins like vitamin B complex with folic acid daily once.

6) take probiotics like tab.Sporolac-ds 3 times daily for your loose stools but no need to take antibiotic for that.

From all above symptomatic treatment,I would expect you will start improving with initial 2 or 3 days.

Hope this helps.

Dr.Sandip Kabra
