Brief Answer:
details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per the symptoms it is due to an infection. So as a XXXXXXX person please check whether he is dehydrated or not. The most common signs of dehydration is excessive thirst, dry mouth, deep yellow urine or no urine, severe weakness, dizziness or lightheartedness.please record his body temperature every 6 hours . Do a stool examination[RE/ME] to ruled out bacterial infections.if (PUS cell) present your doctor will add antibiotics if no pus cell present then antibiotics is not required. Manage fluid by Oral Rehydration Solutions which you can make at home by mixing 6 teaspoonful sugar with half teaspoonful salt added to one liter of boiled water and if it is not enough then your doctor will advise in IV drips.

Hope this helps.
