Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and tank you for asking on HCM!

His symptoms could be related to hydralazine adverse effects or low blood pressure.

Have you measured his blood pressure values?

Anyway, I would recommend performing some other blood lab tests to exclude other possible causes:

- blood electrolytes for electrolyte imbalance
- complete blood count for anemia
- kidney and liver function tests.

If all the above tests result normal, you should discuss with his doctor on the possibility of making some changes to his current therapy (probably stop hydralazine and switch to another anti-hypertensive drug).

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
