Question : I have an auto immune disease, at age 31 the pain began with FIRE/24 hrs. a day, and the feeling of razor blades and glasses grinding within urethra and bladder and pelvic region and abdominal region, the pain I knew immediately was worse than advanced cancer pain, CNP, no cure, bedridden, dark brown blood was all the was seen to the naked eye in a urine sample. It could not but stop with antibiotics, then I had several cardiac arrests within the years, from prolonged Q-T Wave Syndrome ,leading into PolyMorphic Ventricular fribulation and torsades de point, doctors did not put in the right device, they put in a pacemaker, had to be removed in 2 months, while still Hospitlalized, changed to a AICD, to that the device could shock the heart as the pacemaker only paced it, and the prolonged Q--T Wave Syndrome went into an events without a secondary device the defribulator to shock it down in pace, therefore causing me to have 37 cardiac arrests, this was in 1993. Soon developed Atrial Fribulation and epilepsy, COPD, never was a smoker but parents smoked cartons aday around me, I have Asthma, Esophagual Reflux disease, severe Migraines starting on the right sinus area, then leading to the pupil, all the veins on that side swell and I suffer for anywhere 15-30 day in a month, to each month the same , I have developed severe balance problems, falling constantly, broken bones of ankles 4 times, then leg in a fall , and broke collar bone, and right arm fractured in 18 places, the arm was rebuilt, now I have lost all of my hormonal estrogen, and have severe <4 Osteoporosis, and degenerative disc disease, loss of bladder control, constipation since an infant to 55 years of age, sudden change in bowel being significantly normal, for 5 days, then severe constipation, take Mitralax, the electrolytes are balanced so I do have an event of cardiac, and the bowels return to normal. I have developed double vision and worsening nearsightednes and far sightedness, I want to improve the bone mass, all over my body, and get my muscles to form, so I am thinking about Premarin and Progesteron, I have researched this and see that it is safer than Estrogen. There are side effects even with Premarin and Progesterone, with a blood thinner, and a high cholestoral and high blood pressure related to the heart arrythmia I have been given prescriptions for Coumadin 10mg to 15mg, I have severe pain in vagina as well, the thinning of the walls , I can't tolerate the knife like stabbing pain, and all the blood and immediate infections, I believe that the coumadin in also thinning out the the tissues in my body, along with an early menapause, literally within months time, my body structure of my face, my high cheek bone, once shaped like actress Goldie Hawn, which I have been called many year by different people, the skin without the bone mass on the facial area, has fallen down and created wrinkles, what can herbs and foods can create collagen, I know that the bone mass in face and body can only be helped by a specialist in that field to build up the cheese like holes and thinning of the bones. I am a professional dancer and singer, photographer, artist, phychiatrist, and cosmotologist, please see if you can find the correct answers for getting hormones that will help bring back my muscle tone and bone health, so I may dance again and look into this and give your medical opinions on the information I have disclosed to you. They are all physically completely of good health, father today is 82, mother 79, two sister ages 55 and 59 brother today must be 50.
