Question: I was given adderal by a marriage counselor back home in mi. When I moved to fl it just became an issue with Dr. No insurance bla bla.... But it helped me stay alert during the day and focus and not be interactive or jumpy in convesations and staying on point and I have terrible trouble with fatigue during the day even though I get rest at night. Always yawning.. Knowing the help is out there makes me like white knuckle the whole thing.. Seams like I was taking 20 mg a day and it just straiaghtend me right out.. Could pay attention.. Not yawning all the time.... Can u help with this . I'm a carpenter who has earned my way into a recent superintendents position where less fisical and I know I'm going to battle this attention problem and narcolepsy thing where I yawn several times an hour out of the blue..

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

It certainly sounds like you have ADHD. Adult-onset ADHD is increasingly recognized as a valid diagnosis. It sounds like this helps you concentrate and stay focused at work. I don't see any contraindications to taking this medication. If you do not have health insurance you will need to pay a psychiatrist with cash, check, or credit privately in your area. Doctors cannot prescribe medications over the internet. We can certainly advise and help you in terms of confirming your diagnosis and even doing online text-based therapy. I do offer therapy via my private link below. I hope this confirmation was helpful to you.
