Common symptoms of heat exhaustion are-
Confusion,Dizziness,fainting,headache,fatigue,palpitations,loose stools,vomiting,muscle pain.

Memory loss can be present sometimes as a part of delirious state.It is acute in onset and may be of fluctuating pattern.
