Question: Hi sir my wife struggling with low amh levels, we did all hormone tests, fsh-7.57mIU/ml,LH-4.48mIU/ml,prolactin,serum-24.60ng/ml,U.TSH-3.22uIU/ml,AMH-0.61ng/ml,we dis these tests on 3 rd day of periods,doctor did 3 iui's but all r failed recently did another iui, waiting for results. If it's failed doctor said I'll go for ivf,doctor prescribed dhea 75 mg,vit d capsules,sildenafil citrate -25 mg,enrifol-2mg, how to increase amh levels and what are the success rate of ivf,is it ivf necessary, and doctor said 50-50 chances with ivf,what I have to do sir

Hi,

I understand your concerns about the AMH report you have attached.

AMH value is very low. Report could possibly be wrong.

AMH levels cannot be increased as they show the ovarian reserve and there is no way to increase it if really reduced.

Please see an IVF specialist and request for a transvaginal ultrasound scan ( TVS) to identify if there are enough eggs and corelate with AMH values.

Success rate of IVF varies in each centre and is between 30 to 70 percent.

I think go to IVF centre in your town.
