Question : Hi, I had a stent put in Feb 23 due to my RCA being 100% blocked. I'm doing fine, except my blood pressure is low and making me dizzy all the time? And, also when I walk from room to room, I'm a little short of air. I can send you a copy of my meds, if needed. The bottom number of my blood pressure does not go above 69.

Brief Answer:
Orthostatic hypotension, low cardiac out &COPD

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Your dizziness is due to several reasons. Your blood pressure may be dropping further when you stand up ( orthostatic hypotension ). Diabetic autonomic neuropathy, low blood volume from diuretic lasix, reduced ejection fraction from decreased pumping action of your heart and Bystolic may be the reason. Another reason may be Lyrica which is sedative to many people is better taken at night. You should also consider whether you really require your dementia medicine as it is known to affect your other conditions adversely.
Breathlessness is due to COPD and decreased pumping action of heart.
If you were my patient, I would review your medicines and try to reduce the ones that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Take care
