Question : i would like to know is there any abnormal have seen in this report. This is my mom's report. Her age is 53 having low BP and sugar. plz kindly say whether i have to refer any cardiologist immediately regarding this report.

The ECG is not very good, the tracing is not very clear, could be atrial fibrillation or 2nd degree heart block with some minor ST depression in chest leads.

You should consult a cardiologist for this problem and repeat an ECG as soon as possible.
