Question : I have been experiencing loose bowel movements for several days.. I have a script from m dr for that. My concern is that today i am experiencing low BP. 90/60. My normal BP is 120/90. Should i do more than rest and .relax today as i moniter my BP.

I am so sorry to hear about this diarrhea and this rather low blood pressure. This shows that you have not been drinking enough fluids to replace that lost through diarrhea. Please, drink as much as possible and make sure you drink at least 300ml after every loose stool. This is very important as your readings show hypotension from dehydration.
