Question : My blood pressure dropped to 89 over 47 with dizziness and low oxygen rate, low pulse. am I in trouble? I also have copd well controlled, and have had heart problems in the past.

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Such sudden drop in bp while having a personal history of controlled COPD and heart problems need immediate evaluation. If I was your caring doctor would advise to run to ER and get immediate evaluation tests there.
