Brief Answer:
do next steps

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This is low blood pressure but still not critical and if not constant,it shouldnt cause anything serious.
However, there may be hyperdosage with antihypertensive therapy.
At this point I suggest to measure BP right before time for taking medicines, if BP is less than 110/60, you should not take both medications, and I suggest to take only amlodipin. Then measure bp 2 hours after it. If there is still low pb,take some salty food and drink some fluids. If there is no improvement after 2 days, you should see cardiologist. Wish you good health. Regards
