Brief Answer:
About low T3 and low cortisol:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The hormonal balance you reported is conistent with secondary hypothyroidism and adrenal insuficiency propably due to a pituitary pathology.
Of course a detailed history and clinical evaluation is needed.
An ACTH stimulation test will be the next step to confirm adrenal insuficiency and cytomel dose should not be increased without correcting cortisol level.
A pituitary MRI will be suggested too.
From your shortly description, this would be the guide to diagnosis.

Will be a pleasure to help you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mirjeta
