Brief Answer:
Upper GI endoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your reports,
The chances of you having stomach cancer are low.
I would suggest an upper GI endoscopy as it will be better than a Ct to find any lesion in the stomach.
From your description it seems you also have a degree of anxiety disorder. Consultation with a psychiatrist to handle this anxiety issue will help.

Hope this helps

Brief Answer:
pantoprazile or omeprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes CT is not very good for small lesions and an upper GI endoscopy is better for small lesions.
Anxiety can cause loss of appetite.
I would suggest to take either omepraze or pantoprazole as these should help you with your symptoms.
Please consult your doctor for a prescription.
In case the symptoms persist after 4 weeks then go in for a ugi endoscopy
