                                    Brief Answer:
Do not require any medications
Detailed Answer:
HI madam,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Madam let me clarify to you once for all that the Blood Pressure reading which you mentioned is absolutely normal for your age and gender.
Low blood pressure medically called "Hypotension" is coined only when the upper reading is less than 90 and lower reading is less than 60 mm of Hg ,COUPLED with symptoms of dizziness.
You absolutely do not require any treatment except increase your salt intake to 6 gm per day plus drink 4 liters of water.
I hope my feedback is useful to you.
Kindly rate my answer as your feedback,
Thank you,
With regards,
Dr Suresh

Thanks for your response. However I have been suffering from severe head ache and sometimes also feeling dizzy. Also for future ref please let me know any medicine I can take as I frequently suffer from low BP.
Also, these days I am getting head ache and I take Sarodin as rescue. Does it has any side effects?

                                    Brief Answer:
FLUDROCORTISONE AND VERTIN WILL HELP
Detailed Answer:
Hi madam,
Welcome back
Thanks for writing back to me,,
I understand your concern,
Saridon on a long term use is associated with gastritis and stomach ulcers. i advice you to always use tab Pantop 40 mg before taking saridon,as this drug prevents gastric ulcers.
Your dizziness should be attributed to low blood pressure only when it is below 90/60 mm Hg, as i earlier said.In such a case tab Fludrocortisone will help.
In case you have dizziness with normal blood pressure, i prescribe tab Vertin 4 mg once or twice a day ,as per need will help.
I hope Now you will be happy with my feedback,
Thank you so very much
Take care,
With regards,
Dr Suresh
