Question: dear Dr

I am 32 year,F started having low bp problem these days whenever I travel or during anytime in d day. when I take salt n sweet, it immediately goes away. what's the reason and solution.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
It simply means some dehydration with loss of electrolytes.
Drink plenty of water,lemon water sweet and salty,coconut water.
Avoid tea,coffee,alcohol etc as they dehydrate you.
Drink fruit juices.
Take more of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Avoid non veg and fatty and fried foods.
You should be all right soon.

Dr I don't take tea, coffee, alcohol, non veg, fried foods. I have heard it may be because of weakness. I am a regular yoga doer for an hour everyday. i am of slim physique n I feel like not to take dinner coz I don't feel hungry much. plz suggest.

Hello,
I would advise you to get tested for following things as these may also result in weakness ...
Serum iron,calcium,FOLIC acid,VIT D,VIT B12,thyroid function tests,blood sugar levels etc. A comprehensive investigations on above lines might throw some reason behind it.
