In some cases of gastric disease causing mal-absorption of food leading to feeling of hypoglycemia.

Check your blood sugar at time of symptoms.

You should get an ultrasound abdomen done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your symptoms do not point to hypoglycemia.

Are you having abdominal pain, history of worm infestation, weight loss?

For headache, dizziness, anxiety take amitryptiline and Flunarizine.

Clonazepam can be additionally taken if anxiety is more.

Upload any reports or prescription if available.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
