I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having osteopenia ( low bone density) with T score of-2.35. It can be cause of your back pain. You can get your vitamin D test and if found low you can take supplements of vitamin D3. Calcium supplements are helpful. Walking , running and back excercises will be helpful .
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
