Brief Answer:
Flu

Detailed Answer:
Dear Psavagecpa,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns. This is most probably a flu due to a viral infection. It is self limited and usually subsides within 3 days.

To relieve the fever and the body ache you should take ibuprofen tablets 50 mg three times daily after a meal( every 8 hours).
In order to relieve the running nose you should take an antihistaminic such as certizine 10 mg once daily before going to bed.

I hope I answered your question.
