Brief Answer:
Internal Medicine specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry about the multitude of the problems that you have. I am li'l worried when you say no doctor had taken the holistic picture of the problem. You have problem from all different specialties from Cancer, Heart, Gynecology and Internal Medicine.

At this point it looks to be a struggle for you to find a good doctor who takes a holistic approach and not to dismiss you to one more. You need an Internal Medicine Specialist who can deal with day to day issues including pain, appetite and weight loss etc. He should be referring to concerned specialist and bring back to him.

You should read reviews of various doctors in the local forum who practices primary care / Family medicine / Internal Medicine specialist. Make sure he is not a busy practitioner and old enough (> 20 yrs practice). You can take help of healthgrades.com to find one in your area.

I appreciate your empathy. Eliminating the GYN concerns since there's nothing left of female reproductive organs, based on the remaining subjective/objective issues, please give me your personal opinion as to what should top the list of possibilities to rule in or rule out.
In case you haven't noticed, I worked in medicine until the late '90's, establishing medical facilities; building advocacy services and at one time working with the head of the CDC. In fact, I even helped write OSHA guidelines in the 1980's.
I fully understand I won't find, nor should I find, a Dx online; however, given that the patient is myself, I need an objective differential.
Thank you,
doctor
