Question : My daughter has had the flu all week and is now over it. I have started with a low grade fever, sore throat and headache. Will i be ok to wait till tomorrow or should i head the er? I dont have hi fever (99.7) so i feel terrible going to er for that.

Viral fevers are usually self limiting. It takes about 7-10 days for ful recovery. You can take paracetamol 500mg for relief from fever and bodyache.
Take proper rest and drink lots of water daily. This will fasten the recovery.
If the symptoms persists, you can get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
