Brief Answer:
Following advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Her heart function is very low and there's no exercise that will be effective in strengthening her heart.

If she was my patient I would recommend ICD (implanted cardiac defibrillator) and resyncronisation therapy which may be effective in increasing her heart function.

Moreover I would have registered her to transplant list.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
