Brief Answer:
You should go for peripheral smear examination and anemia profile.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have slightly low hemoglobin. You should search the cause of low hemoglobin first. It can be iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, blood loss or low production from bone marrow.
You should go for peripheral smear examination, reticulocyte count and anemia profile. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then tou should take treatment according to cause.

Your HDL is low. You should continue statin (roseday f) according to advise. Take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Repeat your lipid profile after 3 months.

Continue your drugs for blood pressure and sugar.

Give me follow up with your reports for low hemoglobin.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Yes tablets are available but diet is sufficient.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Tablets of omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids are available. But you are already taking rosaeday f. So no any other drugs are required. You should take food rich in polyunsaturated acids.

Walnuts, sunflower oil, safflower oil, olive oil, fish oil, whole grain wheat etc can be taken to control your cholesterol level.

No drugs are required.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
