Have you got your haemoglobin blood level and Vitamin D level tested?
If you have established deficiency, then iron and Vitamin D supplements are available.
Oral iron tablets 100 mg once a day is prescribed for anaemia.
Vitamin D3 tablets of strength 5000 IU are available which are to be taken once a week.
Repeat blood tests need to be done after 3 months to evaluate the condition.
