I would also like to know if I can do anything to increase my sex drive.

Thanks for answering.

Marital life is good other than my low sex drive tat is causing my partner to feel like he isn't doing a good job when we''re having sex. I am unable to have an orgasm through penetration, only through oral sex.
Job stress is high.
I'm about 5'1" and weigh 147 lbs.
Sometimes there's pain during intercourse. it sometimes feel as if his penis is hitting against my wall to hard which causes my belly to hurt.
I've had a baby 12 months ago and I've been diagnosed with having small kidney stones.
However, my sex drive was never high in the past even before having a baby and the kidney stones. But after all that's going on, my drve has decreased even more.

Looking forward to your reply

Brief Answer:
Causative factors should be avoided

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion many factors like stress in relation, job stress, overweight, pain or discomfort during intercourse might lead to low sexual drive.
So all of these factors might be decreasing the sexual drive in your case.
I suggest you the following things:-
1)Avoid job stress and dont bring the job matters home and ruin your sexual relationship.
2)Practice foreplay more or massage or oral sex which might bring you interest regarding intercourse.
3)If there are associated altered vaginal discharge and pain abdomen a vaginal infection might be ruled out. Sometimes vaginal infection might cause pain during intercourse.
4)The optimum weight for your height is 55 kg or 110 lbs.So adapt healthy lifestyle like healthy nutritional diet, yoga and meditation to decrease the stress and exercise daily and try to reduce weight.
Also get thyroid hormone evaluation done as hypothyroidism might present with weight gain, constipation, hair loss, low sexual drive etc.
5)Also consultation with a sex therapist and councelling to both your partners might be helpful.
6)Discuss regarding your problem with your partner.
Medicines to increase sex drive are not into practice still.
Dont worry.Relax.It might be reversible.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
Best regards...dr.srilatha
