Question : my husband semen report says about Motility... Rapid linear progressive (grade III & IV) - 5% , Sluggish linear progressive (grade- II) - 45%, Non progressive motility (grade -I) - 5%, Immotile sperms - 45%. What does this means.

Thanks for the query.
The normal sperm motility of the fertile semen should be above 50%. Among that rapidly progressive motility should be above 32%.
According to your husband semen analysis, motility is low.
Possible causes of lower sperms motility are stress, working in hot atmosphere, smoking, alcoholism, lack of vitamins and minerals etc.
