Question : I had a routine blood test for arthritis today and my oxygen sats were 74% ive never been at that low! Im usually 98% i feel fine except pain im i going to die

The hospital have sent me home they said nothing to worry about i have pain in my back

It is normal SO2 in the venous system so you don't have to be worried at all
Have you undertaken any lumbar X-ray or CT?
You can use pain killers for your back pain to avoid pain
