                                            Question : Hi,
I am a female of age 27 yrs. I got married on 2013 March. We are trying for a baby but i could not get pregnant. So we went for a check up.
I am normal. For my husband they took semen analysis where the sperm count is NIL.
My husband is undergone an surgery for Hypospadias in child hood.
Is an infertility is due to the surgery?
How to increase the sperm count natural?
Is there will be any problem in the child birth?
What treatment can be taken for the infertility?
Is there will be any problem in sexual life?

Hi,
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) Hypospadiasis surgery is not related to nil sperm count.
2) It is difficult to increase sperm count which is zero.
3) If there is no sperm then you cannot conceive.
4) Fertility treatments are dependent upon reason for nil sperms.
5) There will be no problem in sexual life.
6) Please get your husband's examination done by a XXXXXXX
7) Get hormones testes for your husband: FSH, Testesterone. I will be able to advice further by seeing these reports.
