Question : what good medication can I use to improve my semen motility from the 20% motility sluggish 25% non motile 55%

Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Varicocele could be a possibility as your motility seem to be low.

2) Please get examined by a urologist to check presence of varicocele.

3) If needed ultrasound colour doppler can be performed on recommendation of urologist.

4) If doppler shows no varicocele urologist can prescribe antioxidants to improve motility.
