Question: I recently took a blood test and found that my level to Testosterione is low which explains why I am sluggish and feeling tired and low sex drive... I thought it was that I was working long hours. How can you help

Brief Answer:
Tiredness is due to sugar and kidney function being affected.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sandiegorover and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
According to the attached reports, your blood sugar, urea and creatinine are slightly higher than normal. Both can affect sex drive and fatigue.
Your testosterone is the normal range, but on the lower side.
You're feeling tired most probably due to, the blood sugar being slightly high.
You should check your FBS(fasting blood sugar), and HbA1C.
Your urea and creatinine being higher than normal, are suggestive of mild kidney function impairment. That's also a reason for feeling tired.
So check your urine micro-albumin, and 24 hours urine protein test.
According to reports, the doctor will advise further treatment.
Your B.P. record should be checked as well.
Get well soon.

Brief Answer:
Your blood sugar and kidney function must get priority.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sandie.
Your testosterone levels are on the lower side of normal.
That doesn't contribute to your fatigue, but libido or sex-drive may be affected.
If you can also check your FSH,LH, and get your scrotal doppler scan done, i can give an expert opinion about it.
Prescriptions can be advised, but your doctor can give it to you, after an examination. Your licensed pharmacist also, may be able to dispense medicine.
Get your sugar and kidney function in the normal range.
Get well soon.
