Low value of vitamin D is classified as insufficient and deficient ranges. If its in deficient state you will need 60000 IU of vitamin D every week for 8 weeks. It's available as XXXXXXX The course is followed by 1000 IU of vitamin D tablets each day for 4-6 months.
