Question : Hi doctor my name is Pat I have been very concerned for a month about my digestive health. About a month ago I started to have cramping in my lower abdominal area more about pubic area I have also had constipation and a lot of gas. I had a colonoscopy last year and it came out fine no polyps he said to come back in 10 years . Very worried with much anxiety. I had been drinking quite a bit of alcohol prior to these symptoms for about five months. I had quit for nine months prior
to that. Have been trying a high fiber diet. Haven't vomited, lost weight, or seen blood in my stool. Had a ct scan done in August which showed only a kidney stone. I also suffer from GERD.

My Impression about your health issues-
Dear, it seems that though you are concerned and anxious about your health issues, you don't seem to be caring for that.
Your reckless lifestyle with drinking and dietary habits for last 10 yrs has lead to the current health problems.

Remaining on high fiber only is not helping you lately. Acid reflux and GERD are your long friends with all this.
Stone lately, is the result of this chronic stressful lifestyle.

What is the bowel frequency currently?Any diarrhea alternating with Constipation and cramping ?
How it started a month back-was it partying / or outside hotel food / or stale food / or Street fast food eating ?
Have you tested your blood and stool lately? if so please update its report?
Update the list of medicines you took in the past/or lately?
