This started sat pm it has the same symptoms as if I was hungry. But I still have it after I ate. I have regular bowl movemfnts so that is not the issue I think. It is located at my waste line. I have tried baking soda but that does not stop it from happening either. I will try a stool softener and see if that helps and see if I can empty my Bowles more.
Brief Answer:
Supportive care
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for explaining
So these are the cramps. Yes stool softeners will definitely help. Take yogurt and peppermint with every meal. Drink at least 3 to 4 litres of fluids in 24 hours. Use fibrous diet, vegetables, fresh fruits. Exercise regularly, adapt good bowel habits, if the cramp persist, you may request some over the counter or prescription for antispasmodics. No worries, its nothing to worry about and i am hopeful it shall resolve soon.
I hope it helps.
