Brief Answer:
May be infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

From the description provided by you, I feel that you might be suffering with Urinary tract infection with or without a Ureteric stone.

I would suggest you visit an Urologist and get investigations done like complete urine examination and urine for culture and sensitivity to rule out urinary tract infection and ultrasound scan to rule out renal or ureter stones and pelvic inflammation.

Meanwhile I would suggest you drink plenty of water.
Ibuprofen 400 mg for pain.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
