Hi,Dear.Good Evening.
Thanks for the query. I studied an incomplete query. I understood your health concerns with it.

As the query does not indicate what exactly you want,I would lead the discussion by asking you to provide you more details of what you exactly want to ask in this query.
It appears that the pain is of 2 weeks duration and you want to know more about how to deal with this problem.
The feeling of testicle pulling /or pressure on testes is due to the retention of venous blood in the testes on right side.

The lower abdominal pain is due to the referred pain to T,10 as nerves supply from that level.
I would suggest to consult Urologist and get the Venogram with contrast to study the venous architecture,as right sided varicoceles are very rare as compared to left varicocele.
Treatment plan -
would be by -
Painkiller medicines to take care of the pain till the definitive surgical corrective surgery is planned.
Scrotal Support to reduce the pressure pains from engorged Varicocele.
Rest to the part.
Opt either of the two treatments for getting rid of the varicocele
Interventional Radiologist treating the Varicocele by Venous Embolization with only Femoral vein prick.
or By Urologist who would Surgically ligate the Testicular veins(open surgical ligation of the Testicular veins),which would reduce the Varicocele and patient would recover in 2-3 weeks time
Hope this would help you to plan your treatment with your Urologist.
But act fast else testicular atrophy would develop with its side effects.

Welcome for any further query in this regard, for helping you out.
Don't worry and act fast.
Write good review and hit thanks after this reply reading.
Have a good day.Take Care.
I would advise non-interventional treatment by Venous catheter embolization treatment for your age.
Awaiting for any further information and specific query in this regard with more
details.
