Question : From last night i am suffering from lower abdominal pain at one point on little left. Its like pinning something at a point

No this pain happened only from friday night. Stools are fine. No idigestion too. I have not taken any medicines yet. Also the pain is in one point only in lower abdomen left side. Whenever i get up/sit or turn aside while sleeping or coughing/sneezingit hurts more.

Since there are no symptoms related to gastrointestinal systems I would recommend you to get a Ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis which would help to rule out any kidney stones which present this way.

Meanwhile you can take antispaspmodic medications like Buscopan or Spasmindon.
