is there any permanent remedy for the pain , my mother says this is common during all pregnancies for ladies , and little back pain is going to be there for life, whatever one do.

Please advise if any remedy.

Brief Answer:
back pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Lower back pain is common after delivery. More in Caeserean section than normal delivery, but present after both. It usually reduces after a few months. But there are some remedies you can try.
1. Lower back exercises
2. Hot fomentation
3. Pain medication in the form of gels/ointments like Oxalgin nano gel
4. Physiotherapy
5. Use a hard mattress

In case of surgical delivery, pain may last longer. Using a lumbar belt helps.
Also, ear wax should be removed. Dont use ear drops in wax.
