Brief Answer:
it can be due to liver problem
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think that this can be due to liver problem. Other cause can be muscle pull. But before I advised you anything I would like to know little detail about the illness.
1. Since when you are having this problem?
2. Are you also having bloating of abdomen or digestion problem?
3. Did you use alcohol?
4. Do you feel pain after eating fatty meals?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks

You need to get few investigation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. Hepatitis and Amoebiasis both can cause such symptoms. Amoeba infection is usually had past history of dysentery and bleeding in stool. If you had these symptoms in past than it can be a Amoebiasis. To confirm the diagnosis I would suggest you few investigations.
1.USG of the abdomen
2.SGOT, SGPT, Liver function tests
These tests will help us in finding out if it is hepatitis or amoeba infection. If it is due to liver infection than you need to take antibiotics for two weeks. You should also need to avoid taking food with fatty contents.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
